As for the unit, It was fairly fixed up with a smart TV, TV in the room with Netflix, internet, fully furnished, laminate floors, baseboards, tile, light and bathroom fixtures, and new stainless appliances, but definitely not anything really unique with the layout except we tried to go for a Colorado theme, gift baskets, thank you note to guests, pictures of the mountains, etc.
