As for the unit, It was fairly fixed up with a smart TV, TV in the room with Netflix, internet, fully furnished, laminate floors, baseboards, tile, light and bathroom fixtures, and new stainless appliances, but definitely not anything really unique with the layout except we tried to go for a Colorado theme, gift baskets, thank you note to guests, pictures of the mountains, etc. 

Once I hit 100-150 doors I want to pay off a lot of the low hanging fruit to create more cash flow and do it again.  

Every time you go to the store, it requires more and more dollars to buy the same basket of goods.

It could work a few times but be careful putting all your eggs in the appreciation basket.
