Getting Started in Wholesaling

I am a CRE Investor of 4 years raising capital to fund my next deal hopefully within the next 3-4 months. I have been familiar with wholesaling but have recently double downed to ensure full understanding before actively looking for potential leads and contacting sellers. My biggest question is about my purchase and sale agreement, is it best to find a competent real estate attorney in Houston that knows the real estate laws well to draft it up? That is my understanding but I wanted to get clarity on that. Once I have my contract, I'm prepared to get more aggressive in this venture and reach out to the leads I have.
