What is the process like of buying a rental property out of state?

I understand that I would have to hire a property management company. 

I don't know much about this process. How difficult is it, and what exactly is involved? 


I wouldn't be able to get much ROI where I currently live.

I work with out of state/country investors here in my market.....bringing value to them on all levels. 

build you team....financing....realtor....construction....boots on the ground....PM and then find the deals.
