Need some advice!! Should I retire?
Need some advise. I have 3 rental properties. Two duplex and a single family. I am a month away from paying off the single family which I will cash flow $1900 a month and it worth about 375,000.
Total cash flow will be about $4,500 a month from all the units. The units are all in northern California. I not sure if I should retire and work part time I’m only 40 years old but I would have to move to Europe since health care is so expensive.
Do I take out a equity line of credit on the paid mortgage and continued to purchase more rental properties. I just know that in California I’m priced out now for cash flowing.
What would you do?

Hi @Carlos Silva,
Keep building...three properties isn't close to enough. Tap into the equity and start building an empire!
