For better or worse, real estate as an asset class (and, yes, real estate is a very broad asset class with several subclasses), is becoming less *anti*correlated to the equities market and instead becoming more *non*correlated to it. 

We've also seen several condo boards recently decide to push anti-landlord policies requiring a lot of red tape to rent out properties.

My partner steve he just blasted up the road.. for him a cooler with Salmon He caught from the river running through his Ranch or the Elk jerky or fresh elk steaks that he shot or Salmon Candy that he smoked.. and a big smile.the toughest ones were actually the greenies.. anti logging.. those folks could be pretty hostile ..  

Many investors are strictly anti-HOA, and I agree that HOA's can be poorly managed - still, no matter - HOA's do create value for a community.

we have seen this before with folks on BP.. this site used to be pretty anti paid any kind of training that has now all changed.. there is nothing different from this guy than any of the other paid gurus not that its a bad thing.. but just keep in mind they make their money selling their information.

Although we no longer do this in Oregon and Washington because of the anti equity skimming laws.. you can end up in serious trouble buying a pre foreclosure and not following the rules.Good luck with it..
