My partner steve he just blasted up the road.. for him a cooler with Salmon He caught from the river running through his Ranch or the Elk jerky or fresh elk steaks that he shot or Salmon Candy that he smoked.. and a big smile.the toughest ones were actually the greenies.. anti logging.. those folks could be pretty hostile ..

we have seen this before with folks on BP.. this site used to be pretty anti paid any kind of training that has now all changed.. there is nothing different from this guy than any of the other paid gurus not that its a bad thing.. but just keep in mind they make their money selling their information.

Although we no longer do this in Oregon and Washington because of the anti equity skimming laws.. you can end up in serious trouble buying a pre foreclosure and not following the rules.Good luck with it..

The DC Office of Human Rights has a guide on anti-discrimination laws related to housing and commercial space (as Russell Brazil said, source of income is a protected trait). https://ohr.dc.gov/sites/default/files/dc/sites/ohr/publication/attachments/OHR%20Enforcement%20Guidance%20-%20Housing_92517.pdfThere are exemptions in the law for small landlords (ownership interest in 3 or less SFHs), but they do not apply if the landlord uses a real estate agent to rent the property OR if he or she makes discriminatory statements in writing.
