Some of the leases have not had rent increases in 5+ years, and were likely under market rents.... is there anyone willing to pull a co star report for me and send me any info on the FMV for Nantucket retail market so I can impress my new employers and drive home the importance of co star?

Having basically dived in and swam in several of the BP podcasts recently, I'm into the idea of maybe rehabbing that space for rental as either an office space or art studio space - either a co-working space, or just for one individual.

It may be possible with a co-signer! 

I have met with different potential lenders who have all told me I need at least 2 years of credit to get a loan without a co-signer.

The two staying have chosen a new roommate that I have approved and who has a co-signer as well.  

This could be a co-worker or family member.

I don't know where to find information on market rent rates or comps, as I don't have a co-star or crexi, etc. subscription. 

I rent out a beautiful luxury apartment in a co-op for 2,250 per month.
