@Russell Brazil this is another reason I am not predicting a massive retreat and or like @Diane G. thinking that there will be some massive price reductions anytime soon ( short of earthquake and war) we too even in our little world are seeing an anomaly I never saw pre 08 CASH sales for SFR owner occ.In Charleston we were are active 10 new builds a year or so.. 2 to 3 of those were sold for cash in all price ranges..
