Focus on absentee owners and start with the ones who live the farthest away and only own one property in the area since they have the least use for the property.You can also drive for dollars, looking for anomalies of disrepair and then look them up in the tax records and use a site like Spokeo to do cheap skip tracing.

I suspect this was just an anomaly but it could be a sign of things to come.

In high barrier markets, rents have gotten stronger but not the double digit growth we had seen, which was an anomaly.

Some have noted here some of the issues they have had but there maybe anomalies and those experiences may not be the consensus for a majority of their clients so its good to get referrals and hear their point of view as well.

Do to an anomaly pertaining to the appraisal district, the total value of the two lots was divided equally between the lots instead of allocated by market value.
