Perhaps this is what all of those "foreclosure data providers" will give to you, but I got the itch to write some web programs and I've got some ideas.When researching a foreclosure I would think you would want the following pieces of information:Land / Parcel ID for the propertyDeed for the propertyLiens against the property (mortgage, HELOC, judgments, etc.)Tax recordsContact information for the owner of the propertyCourt cases against the owner of the property (foreclosure, utility companies suing for past due bills, etc.)Public health records (e.g. was the building condemned?)

I have an itch that I need scratched and am thinking of converting an Excel sheet that I use to keep track of our rental portfolio, into a really simple web application that I can share with friends.It keeps track of:Purchase Price and DateCurrent value (I estimate the values once every 1-3 months)Loan info (rate, maturity date, amortization)What I get to see as a result of these inputs:Chart of total portfolio valueUp to date LTV, which helps me make financing or sale decisions.Is there anything else you would want to see if I were to give you access to this?
