Hi Everyone! My name is Esther. Total newbie here! I live in the SF Bay Area (born and raised). I'm hoping to find great information here and network with a bunch of you all! I'm looking to invest in property, possibly out of area, as I can't afford to buy any investment properties where I live (very $$$$) :(

I currently have one rental (my previous primary property) but besides that I have really no investing experience in real estate.

Hoping to connect with you all and learn more about the landscape. Random info about me, love the outdoors (rock climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding, camping) and going to all my local open houses because I like to see what's happening in my neck of the woods :)

Welcome Esther! Oh man, do you want to be my new outdoors buddy?? I need one. I'm down in LA but I'm sure we can make it work. Lol. I'm out in Colorado right now prepping to do some Winter Park snowboarding tomorrow. Just got back from buying new goggles :)

I buy out-of-state as well. We should talk shop while snowboarding sometime! Or hiking or biking or anything. I love it all.
