We have some basic items in the pantry & fridge since they often come in late and start work the next day.

I don’t have a fridge down there need to renovate the bathroom and I’ve had guests but I’m ready to move back down there and retake photos as fully vacant.

In the last year I've replaced a water heater, oven, fridge, oil tank, bathroom vanity...and those are the big ticket items.

Here's what you do; in the contract book in weekly cleaning or bi-weekly cleaning for shared spaces that is in the contract itself, provide toiletries/condiments, section off areas of storage (kitchen (fridge) and cabinets) where applicable and assign spaces to each room.

Sharing the same fridge and living with roommates is very different that you living in your own unit.

I would provide all the furnishings, (he already has the big appliances; washer, dryer, range, fridge), small appliances, linens, beds, couches, chairs, etc. 

That’s generally a SS stove and fridge and good quality LVP all from Home Depot.

Furnishing, if you are living there long term I would go with an apartment size fridge that one appears like the largest size mini fridge but I can't see the inside.

I usually buy my fridges this way.
