I am disappointed in myself if I am honest and I am being very hard on myself (although I know that it is counterproductive I have not learned yet to be easier on myself).I have taken many bold actions and I am proud of these actions but, I have to learn how to be easier on myself because, it is very draining to ride this emotional rollercoaster.

That area would be about a 10 mile ride to Phoenixville, which is an hour bike commute if you are slow.
