Rams owner spends another $100 million+ in the Valley LA

You have heard follow the money. Now this dude has some deep pockets but it is interesting where the biggies invest. I recently think I read the ex Clippers owner bought a few hundred apts in the Valley too. I guess he had the extra billion burning a hole in his pocket from that forced sale. 

Rams owner Stan Kroenke has invested another $115 million in property in the Los Angeles area.

The Kroenke Group acquired five retail properties in the San Fernando Valley last month from New York investment firm Angelo Gordon & Co., the Los Angeles Business Journal reports. Kroenke paid $429 a square foot for the Northridge shopping centers, which include a total of 268,362 square feet.
