Would speaking with a financial planner help give me a better picture of how much leverage is right for me?

It’s been the focus of a huge effort by Dayton planners and local investors. 

Theres so many ways to finance your next investment property its always a good idea to speak with a mortgage planner who is also an investor. 

The city planner and council seem to think so as well, but they are riding it out for now (against an aging organized vocal opposition) to just see the demand once the cap is hit.Nevertheless, I think the days of "sleeping on" the Secret Coast are coming to an end. 

Has anyone heard of this "Asset Protection Planners"?

The financial planners say, you will be in a lower tax bracket then.
