Hi BiggerPockets! I am Theresa Worsham, from Golden, Colorado, best known as the city where Coors is brewed and the gateway to the Rockies. I found BP through Reddit and have been a lurker here for a while. Now that I'm coming out of the shadows, I thought I'd introduce myself.

Currently, I’m a smallpocket type of gal – I own a primary home and just one rental investment. My goals are big though: $5,000 per month in passive income through buy-and-hold SFRs. Since buying my first rental two years ago, I’ve gotten comfortable with managing and DIY repairs, although I know when to hire a professional (can you say sewer snake?). My background is in city planning, but for fun, I obsessively keep tabs on the local market.

I’ve got a new deal in the works for a second investment, but I’m a bit wet behind the ears when it comes to financing. I’ll post all the gory details and ask questions in the appropriate forum, but suffice it to say, I’m looking forward to learning from the pros here. I’m hoping my zoning and land use background can be of help to some folks too.

Happy investing and looking forward to Bigger Pockets!
