Hello Ohio!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they think Riverdale, in Dayton, OH falls into in terms of a neighborhood rating: B? C? F?

Thanks in advance!

@Jon Luskin

It's a mostly C and D area. Dayton is street by street. I own a few in the Upper Riverdale area.
