I honestly have no idea, I'm not in the rental space at all, I just think it's a really cool building that definitely needs a niche investor buyer with vision.

I also suggest doing some brainstorming on your goals and your vision for where you want to be in 5, 10, 15 years.

Especially in the real estate investing space in particular, networking is a main contributor to your success and a driving factor in the rate at which you grow in different areas from the financials/tactical REI processes, your evolving mindset, canceling self limiting beliefs, delegation, your vision, etc.The value of relationships is something that opens doors that you never thought imaginable and is easier than ever in today’s day and age…It is wise to always be looking to connect with likeminded folks who are in the industry/space that you want to break into because at the end of the day, we are all in this game together.

Then, I hired a top 20 emerging architect that was happy to work with an art director who had crystal clear vision for the property.

Prospective tenants didn't see my vision and there was no way I was going to get top dollar so I took it off the mkt and listed again a couple weeks later when it was 90%. 

Some investor with a long term vision will see this property as an opportunity and buy it from you. 

I am so fresh to the scene but I have a vision that I must see through.
