So this could mean that they might ban them outright so you would be out of luck except for a long term rental.I would be very careful moving forward. 30 days minimum is pretty tough to keep booked for vacations.

New York City, recently adopted legislation to ban any rentals shorter than 30 days.

I already have a realtor who is primarily focused on airbnb investments in Dallas, but ours fell through due to the potential ban, so i've now moved to LTR.He doesn't have any systems setup for off market deals like you do, and doesn't really focus on LTR anyways. 

I know that Carmel, IN technically bans STR's and I believe Zionsville too.
