Best STR markets in Arizona

Any advice on good STR markets to consider in AZ? Best wrt easy regulations and close to year round market. Thanks all in advance.

Four Corners

Lake Mead or Powell

I'm in N AZ so cant say for sure about down south, but I would guess Tuscon area and the whole Tombstone/Bisbee corridor. Certainly northern Phoenix like Scottsdale/Cave Creek.
