Carmel / Other Indy Suburbs STR Restrictions?

I know that Carmel, IN technically bans STR's and I believe Zionsville too. The demand for STR's in these specific suburbs, as well as others, is quite strong from the data I've seen. Does anyone know the status of STR restrictions in the Indy suburbs or a way to find out?
