Has anyone heard of this "Asset Protection Planners"?

Theres so many ways to finance your next investment property its always a good idea to speak with a mortgage planner who is also an investor. 

The city planner and council seem to think so as well, but they are riding it out for now (against an aging organized vocal opposition) to just see the demand once the cap is hit.Nevertheless, I think the days of "sleeping on" the Secret Coast are coming to an end.

As an urban planner for many years I would recommend you look at any adopted land use plans in the areas you are looking to invest and/or build. 

After a phone call with the planner, it turned out to be OK.The second obstacle is the property is located in a flood zone border.
