Hey BP community,

I've been trying figure out the best strategies for managing my days that already seem short.

Between family life, a full time job, reading every book and listening to every podcast about REI, and not the least, finding deals im curious how everyone structures their days.

Is there ever enough time in your day and did anyone start out with a team to help with workload?

Time is a precious resource. Figure out what low value tasks you can hire someone for, and hire someone.

Parkinson's Law, work expands to fill the time allotted for it, definitely applies to real estate investing.

Sometimes stuff you like has to be cut back to make time for your real estate investing. Personally I had to reduce the number of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes I go to, so I can focus on my real estate investing activities.

A wise man (Trevor McGregor) once told me that success requires a defiant commitment. He was right.

My friend @Whitney Sewell hosts a daily podcast, has a day job, kids with more on the way + a wife, charitable causes, and - oh yeah - buys apartment complexes with investors. He has a team, systems, and commitment.
