They threatened to cancel me unless i repair the roof on the garage and the overhead garage door, even though I'm not allowing use of the garage.As for section 8, in addition to having somewhat guarantees monthly rent, also means your apartment must pass a pretty rigorous inspection every year.

You don't need your partner for that, Fannie Mae (the biggest mortgage bank of them all) has billions of dollars at your disposal to lend out if you take a little 20 hour online course, pass a test, pass a background check, learn what actually matters, and find an employer.If it's not saleable and bank conforming, then almost by definition no bank will buy it.Hard money charges higher rates, in part, specifically because they can't sell the loan immediately to recoup what was invested.

Larry H.The directors of the company - presumably yourself and your wife - would need to pass a resolution granting yourbeau-père) the authority to contract on behalf of the company (only) for the purpose of signing leases with tenants and to represent you in eviction hearings.

I assume you're not getting conventional financing, as if it won't pass a 4 point, you likely can't finance it regardless of insurance?

The thinking goes if only Airbnb didn't exist or if you could pass a state law to get rid of the Ellis Act, then rent control  would finally work in SF.Its like those people who still clinged to communism, who said communism would have worked if only this happened or if that happened.
