If your with a small local Boutique Brokerage, unless they have a solid reputation, you will need to get some referrals.  

In addition to that I sell on Etsy and in boutiques around the country.

I'm a new agent working at a boutique firm and this is kind of a different type of deal than they are really used to.  

I've worked in upscale four star boutique properties as well as larger 150+ room branded hotels.

@Ron Dayley    you did not mention mandatory floor time  :)  really everything you point out is so 1980.. simply not how the industry works today.. are their shops that work like that certainly are their boutique shops that require NON of what state absolutely... other than continuing ed...

I agree with Karen, go to a smaller boutique firm if you're not interested in cold-calling, but there's a draw-back.

Scenarios: 1) Acquisition of an existing 280,000 SF office building in a major city. a) keep and stabilize as creative office, b) convert to boutique hotel c) convert to residential.2) Development of a 33,000 SF open lot into a 27 story residential tower.

Working with KW has been great for me and my current business and I have no current plans to move.Having said that, should my level of personal investing increase, there are several "boutique" brokerages I would consider moving to.
