Hello BP community! I've been in the commercial property maintenance business for just over six years; hotels to be specific. I've worked in upscale four star boutique properties as well as larger 150+ room branded hotels. I have a vast knowledge and understanding of facility maintenance and repairs. I'm looking for investors in the Southern Maine/ Seacoast New Hampshire area that would like help with ANYTHING having to do with their real estate ventures. Whether it be turning over a unit in your multi family, or assisting In a renovation for a flip. If you have an apartment building you may need a maintenance technician for. I've been studying real estate via bigger pockets, as well as the podcasts for a little over a year now and I'm hooked. Feel free to reach out to me directly on bigger pockets. Thank you for your time!
