I don’t think Ray is a scam as he delivered, but if there was an ill individual out there, it could be a different outcome.I don’t think I’ll buy off land equities again as I am looking for undervalued parcels, but I think it is part of a journey I am going through in life.

But Ill keep it simple. 

Ill start there and if I decide I want to create business out of this I think it might make sense for me to pay for a program to help me scale.

Yes I have been talking to Wells Fargo and rocket mortgage ill definitely check out some mortgage brokers.

I'm sure others may disagree but frankly it is ill advised.
