Hello Richie!

I just recently signed up for yimby.com's newsletter. Good info here and they regularly update readers on any proposed, current, and completed projects in NYC.

I haven't yet subscribed to their Yimby+ membership but this may have more information.

A partner of mine who worked for a RE development and research company says they regularly used Yimby data for studies. 

To search properties individually, you can check out nyc.gov
