We are wanting some kind of light tan color for the walls and white for the baseboards and trim as that seems to be the standard now.

Slightly better quality tan color I use for flips is $1.66/sq ft.

@Chris WinterhalterWe had similar issues with a brick building and ended up using a faux stone cladding not unlike what you have depicted, but in a mixture of grey-tan with green in it.  

Also in attendance was my friends Bill Tan and Gordon Moss, author of NPN book, 'Performance Anxiety'.
