What Color Are Your Walls?

We're in the process of rehabbing our first rental property. We are wanting some kind of light tan color for the walls and white for the baseboards and trim as that seems to be the standard now. Can you guys share what colors you usually use for your walls?

I always use Reviver Pewter by Benjamin Moore for my rentals and flips it goes well with white trim and another color trim.  I don't necessary use Benjamin Moore paint I just like the color, it looks like a tan and a grey in different light.

if you are going to grow, I suggest one color/sheen all the time for every interior of every room....I would go one color where you can, not two...I have units I have painted 5 plus times and touched up in hundred places... So glad I have no color mystery to solve or no memory to tax at every turn around....I just use an atrium white Ben Moore pearl finish but they discontinued pearl so I use the closet equivalent, because it was already what my fourplex walls were when I got it! One place, it may not matter much.. Five or ten units with too much mix and match and your garage will get full of paint cans and you will need your own catalog to track it...even if you use two colors maybe stick with those in your rentals, a trademark...I would think efficiency and not hgtv...

White enamel is easy to clean and dries to a hard surface.

Sherman Williams French mocha (custom color) and white enamel on all trim and doors.

I keep it neutral. Usually, I use some version of white. Good luck with your painting!
