Hi everyone,

My name is Ed and I've lived in Southern California for almost 20 years.  I am originally from the San Francisco and made my way down here via college.

I've been interested in Real Estate Investing for a couple of years now but never had the funds to properly pursue it (wish I knew about the No Money Down techniques).  I'm in a better position now to make some moves.

Any help is greatly appreciated and if there is anything I can help you guys with, I would love to help and share it with you guys.
