I was wondering if anyone has ever used the Servicemember Civil Relief Act benefit of capping personal loans at 6% to fun their reno or down payment for an investment property.Thanks everyone!

These are govt. guanantee funds, meaning if you take the noney there is no way of taking bankruptcy and getting reliefe from that debt.
