I love to collaborate.

In order for us regular investors to still find opportunities after all these massive events and changes, we're going to have to work together and utilize pooled resources, creative financing, sweat equity and collaborative development projects. 

He has resources in that area as well he can share and collaborate with you on. 

A wealth of knowledge on here from what I've recently gathered and glad to be a part of it to collaborate or assist.

I'm eager to collaborate and share this information with fellow investors and enthusiasts.My hope is to connect with people in the Utah area who can offer guidance, mentorship, and valuable insights to help me on my journey.

I have call and contacted many of the investors that I could find online about collaborating or training with them and they have all at this point said that they do not have time; which is understandable I am just ready and excited to get started.

My earlier post was mostly to show that it's unlikely to get to the OP's goal by purchasing 13% COC properties. 20% COC would get him there and if he is willing to do BRRR he can even surpass his goal, but it will certainly need a lot of work, collaboration, and perseverance.
