Currently, I work as a foreman for a demolition company, where we prepare houses for remodels. It's been an interesting journey, but I'm looking to take the next step in my real estate career. My goal is to obtain my general contractor license and start doing remodels for myself. I'm passionate about learning and growing in this industry, and I believe that a mentor can help me reach my goals faster.

One of the unique aspects of my situation is that I get to work all around Utah every day. This means I come across various properties that might be of interest to real estate investors. I can provide pictures and addresses of these houses, which could be incredibly useful for those practicing "driving for dollars."
