Will rubber stamping of a holiday themed article like a Turkey or Christmas Tree on front of the envelope be more enticing to open?

We’ve come up with a theme for decorating (as with our other two properties, we are using the nearby Space Force Bases for our themes) and are preparing to go shopping for beds and furniture, rugs, and all the kitchen supplies.  

Some other pros would be weather, globally sought after, growing infrastructure across the state to accomodate high speed rail, space industry, we have several major airports, growing tech/medical industries as well as the ever growing theme park monsters that help to bring in about 70 million people a year here, we stay pretty purple with politics and very alternative lifestyle friendly, schools overall aren't great, but we do have some very good ones including prep schools/acadamy's. landlord friendly and so much more too!

Because it's only a very specific kind of buyer (particularly someone who likes to vacation there and doesn't really care too much about returns) that the area makes sense for.We see all these posts on this forum about whether the STR market has taken a big downturn or not, and the prevailing theme we see in the answers to those threads is that the only people struggling are the ones who were stupid enough to buy a bad deal in a bad market at the peak.

There's no equivalent of disbarment or license suspension.

So I can hopefully make 5k a month to pay for the meds. ( rental income doesn't count against my insurance income so it's really my last hope.) 

May be time to spend some money on making your property themed or special.  

Hey all, I know there have been 100 variations on this theme (and I have read them all) but I have a couple of questions that someone might have some insight on.

Theme was that people would tend to respond more to this wanting to know how the number was derived at minimum.

This area has two main themes, government-related jobs & family.
