First Property in Harvest Alabama

Alex Ng
Posted

Hello, I am interested in Huntsville Alabama. I am looking at nearby cities and a Harvest property caught my eye. I'm an out of state investor looking to start his real estate journey. Can anyone give me insight on Harvest? How are the neighborhoods there? I know it's a little more rural so will I have trouble finding renters? How is the crime rate?

@Alex Ng section 8 has been doing well in Harvest and pays better than market rents at times. I have some property management contacts that do well in Harvest, reach out and I’m happy to connect you.
