Off the cuff, my guess is the spa/jacuzzi is worth it, the pool may or may not be, would be need more info on the location and finish quality to speculate.

If they do not cut it, and you finish with more money than you need, than the remainder goes back to paying down your principal.

Because Saturday and Sunday only amounted to two days, and you would have no business-related activities on these days, the fact that you had to stay until/through Monday to finish the seminar, still means that majority of the time there was spent on deductible activities - thus whole trip, including air and hotel is deductible.

Considering selling it once it's completely finished since I was pretty much already getting the market max on rent before this all happened.

19 rent houses are up for sale. How do I determine what to offer? They are all occupied and receiving good rents. Mainly section 8 rentals.

The lease is ending this month, they are going bankrupt, but I heard they want to continue for another month or so while they finish their last few jobs.What rights do we have as landlords of a commercial property in this situation.
