Can we lock the Gate to non Paying Commericlal Tenant?

We are renting a commercial space to a trucking company.  The lease is ending this month, they are going bankrupt, but I heard they want to continue for another month or so while they finish their last few jobs.

What rights do we have as landlords of a commercial property in this situation.  Can we put new locks on Gates come Oct 1 and force them to sign a short term lease and pay arrears and upfront?
