19 rent houses are up for sale. How do I determine what to offer? They are all occupied and receiving good rents. Mainly section 8 rentals.

You determine what to offer by setting goals and knowing your market. There is no magic number only extensive study and acquired knowledge.

Time to hit the books as they say and absorb everything on this web site that is being offered.
