The police refuse to do anything as they claim the noise is 'family noise' - it consists of shouting, shrieking (that can be heard throughout the whole house and even in the front yard - the noisy neighbors are adjacent to the backyard) I've had a friend who is an attorney write several letters to them but the noise continues.
