Evcted tenant not allowing enter to check and repair water leak

NYC, i am sure the upstair tenant do water damage on purpose after announce 90 day can not evict. water just slow drip alll day. and they  dont allow we go inside to check, right now our celling almost fall down.police, fire depatment can not help, and court closed. they got evicted with 5 months left. what should i do right now.

@Sam Lu I am confused, how are they still in the property if they got evicted?
