I'd wait for them to come to me - if they ever did.And if they did, I'd say that I was really concerned about people dealing drugs on my property, or homeless people squatting there.

Now a judge can more or less do what they want, but with correct representation, their options are somewhat limited.I'm a beady eye s-o-b so I wouldn't want her missing rent to be paying for a lawyer, I would want her mind front and center on the fact she might be homeless in a couple of weeks and that the $850 is for another property.

There is a Federal Program (Administration for Community Living) that provides funding and technical support to Community Development and Housing Preservation organizations throughout the country that focus on building or restoring housing that can then be used for Supportive Housing (http://www.acl.gov/About_ACL/FederalInitiatives/Ho...)The challenge is that the majority of this funding is targeted to the chronically homeless, Veterans, and people with HIV/AIDS.
