Cleaning between tenants

I will be transitioning tenants at the end of the month, with a new lease starting on the 1st.  I learned that the current tenants will stay until the 31st but I don't trust their cleaning skills!  Now I'm regretting that I didn't allow a day or two in-between for professional cleaning.  Any ideas on how to handle this?

@Casey Andersen what time on the 31st does your lease say they have to vacate? If the lease says they need to be out by 12PM, then you would have the afternoon to line up cleaners. If I cannot line up a cleaner, I would go over myself and get it done - not preferred but necessary. Worst case maybe you can line up cleaners for the morning of the 1st and explain the situation to the new tenants.
