Type A English teacher nightmare!!!

Definitely would be a plus for English speaking travelers to be able to communicate clearly while also having access to a local "guides".

If you do decide to proceed I recommend finding ones from the Philippines as I found that they speak the best english and are the easiest to communicate with also they only charge $3 -$4 an hour, which is a phenomenal rate for them btw. 

I'm 30 and graduated with my DPT 5 years ago, my wife has degrees in graphics design and english and is working at a newspaper currently.We are currently finishing up a DIY remodel we have been working on for around two years (We have done probably 80% ourselves and almost all of the finish work).

In English, that means I seek out, create, and foster relationships with investors and real estate agents so the LOs can keep their focus on finding the best products and most effective solutions for our clients.  

The Ottawa-Gatineau region is as bilingual as it gets in Canada and I'd say 70% of the population in Gatineau are bilingual or can hold basic conversations in English.

I occasionally sell for a storefront installation company where the owner is Chinese who's English is not all that good.

but drive by it and check It out .. never know right.but that bad English leads me to believe something may not be right.kind of like those that rip off tenants advertising a rental for 500 a month in a 1000 a month market and stealing poor tenants money when the poor tenant thought they got the deal of a life time.

Try to find someone with experience using your bookkeeping software, fluent English, and past experience working with Americans.
