My focus is Business Development.  In English, that means I seek out, create, and foster relationships with investors and real estate agents so the LOs can keep their focus on finding the best products and most effective solutions for our clients.  We help seasoned investors who have over 100 properties who are looking for ways to have access to more funding; at the same time, we work with new investors to assure they structure everything properly BEFORE they get into the market so they don't run out of money too soon or over-develop their properties.  We have unique offerings that no other lender can or will provide.  You'll be pleasantly surprised, I promise.
