@Ted Eads it is so nice to find another Rockford member who is starting out in the business as well.

Four of us are on H1-B visa, and two of us have a H4/EAD.Right now we would like buy a property that fits our needs in one of the aforementioned three states.While the primary members of the LLC would be the H4/EAD holders, the others would be passive investors.1.

Does anyone have an opinion to financing a property in my own name for the lower rates, take the chance of the liability for a few years, and once the property is paid off, re-deed it to an LLC for the asset protection over my next 40 years?

That's why new investors need to understand the principles of RE, deeds and interests are kinda important stuff to know....LOL  :)

I plan to tear it down and eventually re-deed both pieces of land as one.

Spray that and leave for an hour.Find info re DE on the internet, as to what it is and how it kills.
