Hello fellow BP members!

My name is Sha’Niece, I live in Illinois and I am currently in the process of learning about wholesaling and other property investments. I am currently in school for Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and I will be graduating in September. I have always had an interest in property investing but I never really knew where to go to gain education or how to get started. Recently, my financial situation has changed and I grew tired of the place I am currently working for and that has caused me to become even more motivated to find a better way to increase and improve my finances. I always knew it was a way I just did not know how.

That motivation just grows more and more by the minute. Every day I go into work I always catch myself saying “I cannot WAIT to start my property investments and help increase the amount in MY bank account.” Now that I will be graduating soon it has made me even more determined to learn and close at least one deal before graduation. Graduation means student loans will began to come in which also means that I want to improve my situation before then. I joined this sight to network and because I am looking for anyone who is willing to mentor, partner or even if you have jobs you would like me to complete, I will do it for free. I really just want to learn as much as I can. So payment for me would be education in the business. I am open to any advice, tips or resources that you think may be helpful. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you guys!
