REI LLC formation by resident non US citizens

We are six friends (from different states - NY, DE, VA) who would like to get into real estate investing by buying a property under a LLC. Four of us are on H1-B visa, and two of us have a H4/EAD.

Right now we would like buy a property that fits our needs in one of the aforementioned three states. While the primary members of the LLC would be the H4/EAD holders, the others would be passive investors.

1. Would there be any implications in the formation of LLC, with this combination of H1 and 4/EAD members?
