San Ysidro is the border town with Tijuana Mexico.Recently I received a Doctorate in Business Administration where my dissertation was in Cyber Preparedness.  

My wife has a unit rented across the border in Tijuana. 

I live in Tijuana and haven't seen anyone using digital signatures yet.

It might not be bad as I am from San Diego and Tijuana and have seen ugly. 

Certainly not anything much at a cash flowing price anywhere from Tijuana to Vancouver BC!

They even sell out pre construction high rise condos in Tijuana these days and many buyers are priced out San Diegans.

I’m current located in Tijuana, MX but I’m frequently in San Diego, CA and of course Pittsburgh, PA.

Medium to long term upside in the storage deal is really attractive, and ROI is very attractive by yr 5 - call it 100% return on $1.5m if I own the whole deal, and quite a bit more on $100k if I take on investors.The NNN is a $4.3m deal: Caribou/Einstein's with a drive-thru, a Tijuana Flats - those two are both credit tenants with national guarantors - and a local Indian restaurant with two other locations who is doing the build-out for the space now but has a signed lease in place. 

Make a list of 4 items per year and take him to Machu Pichu, sea kayaking near LaHoya, have a beer watching the sun go down over Lake Havasu, burning some hotdogs over the fire at Sequoia Natl park, eat Italian at Taoromino in Sicily, go to the Kentucky derby, watch a jai lai game in Tijuana and have some fish tacos, etc. 

Condo industry is booming in Tijuana and I want to be part of it.
