Need help with selling a lot in Tijuana, Mexico
Hi,
I am in the process of selling a lot I owned in TJ, Mexico. I'm currently in Chicago and not too keen to fly down there to sign documents. My agent said I can provide him with a POA but he's a bit unclear with the process as well.
Can I create a US Power of Attorney and get it verified (Apostille) at the Mexican Consulate here or would the consulate just create the POA? Need some advice on how best to approach this.
Thanks!
