I discussed the impact of our beach STRs in San Diego (is there a more drive to destination with Los Angeles (12.6m), Tijuana (2.3m), Orange County (3.6m), San Diego (3.3m) all within a couple hour drive of our STRs?)

Rosarito is awfully close to Tijuana were world war 3 is going on right now...

I want to sell a property in Tijuana.

I had 2 STRs at the Great Recession (GR) that have currently over 20m people within a few hours drive (San Diego, Tijuana, Orange County, Los Angeles, riverside, and imperial county), not sure what population was at GC.  

Any rec's on Title and Escrow in the Tijuana area? 

I ain't a used car salesman and this ain't Tijuana.

I'm in Apopka and don't mind the drive to either of those spots, but if Apopka is the most convenient for all we could do Tijuana Flats or Panera in Apopka Saturday or Sunday. 

Long ago we almost purchased a unit less than 100' from the beach but I witnessed significant drug dealing out of a small apartment complex that was across the street. so we purchased in Chula Vista instead.You probably know this, but IB is heavily impacted from sewer spills mostly coming down the Tijuana River (that in Tijuana they call it the San Diego river).  

I don't want to say too much in case they are looking but I have never seen anything like it and I lived in Tijuana for a few years.

If he wants to sit on a pee-stained toilet, not dust off his shoes for 15 years, or prepare food on a counter that's filthier than an public restroom in Tijuana, he's free to make that decision.
